Hosting
This website is hosted by goneo Internet GmbH, Dresdener Straße 18, 32423 Minden, Germany.
When this website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed in order to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security, and make it possible to trace potential disruptions.
Server Log Files
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes information in so-called server log files. This may include in particular:
IP address
Date and time of access
Requested page or file
Amount of data transferred
Access status
Browser type and browser version
Operating system used
Referrer URL
I do not combine this data with other data sources.
The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the technically stable, secure and error-free provision of this website.
According to goneo, log file data is generally stored for no longer than seven days. Longer storage may occur in individual cases if this is necessary to investigate security-related incidents.
Technically Necessary Storage and Website Settings
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies unless you have consented to analytics via the cookie banner or cookie settings.
To provide individual website functions, technically necessary cookies or comparable local storage technologies may be used. These serve exclusively to store display or usage preferences selected by you, such as the chosen project view or active filter settings.
These storage technologies are not used to analyse your usage behaviour, create user profiles or serve advertising purposes.
Where information is stored on or accessed from your device, this is carried out on the basis of Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG, provided that this is necessary to provide the function expressly requested by you. Where personal data is processed in this context, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the functional and user-friendly provision of this website.
Video integration via Vimeo
This website may embed videos hosted by Vimeo. The provider is Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10001, USA.
Vimeo videos are only loaded after you have given your consent to the “Videos (external)” category in the cookie settings or activated an external video via the corresponding button. Before consent is given, no Vimeo player is loaded. Instead, a locally hosted preview image is displayed.
When a Vimeo video is loaded, a connection to Vimeo servers is established. In this process, Vimeo may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, the website visited and information about the use of the video player. Vimeo may also use cookies and similar technologies.
Where possible, Vimeo videos are embedded with the “Do Not Track” parameter. This parameter is intended to reduce tracking and prevent Vimeo from setting new non-essential player cookies during the viewing session. Cookies required for the secure operation of the player may still be used. It also cannot be ruled out that existing Vimeo cookies stored in your browser are transmitted to Vimeo.
The legal basis for loading Vimeo videos is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
Further information can be found in Vimeo’s privacy policy and cookie policy.
Web Analytics with Matomo
This website uses Matomo, an open-source web analytics software operated on a self-hosted instance at analytics.paulschneider.de. Matomo is used to understand how this website is used and to improve its content, structure and functionality.
Matomo is activated only if you have consented to analytics via the cookie banner or the cookie settings. The legal basis for storing and accessing analytics cookies is Section 25(1) TDDDG. The legal basis for the subsequent processing of personal data is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If you do not consent, no Matomo web analytics takes place. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings with effect for the future.
If consent is given, Matomo processes in particular page views, visited URLs and page titles, referrer URLs, date and time of access, time spent on pages, information about browser, operating system and device, screen resolution, browser language, clicked downloads and external links, as well as approximate location information. IP addresses are processed for the analysis and stored in the Matomo database only in shortened form, with the last two bytes masked.
After your consent, Matomo uses first-party cookies to recognize visits, assign sessions and analyze referral sources. These include in particular _pk_id with a storage period of 13 months, _pk_ses with a storage period of 30 minutes and _pk_ref with a storage period of 6 months.
Detailed raw data for individual visits is deleted after 180 days. Aggregated statistical evaluations may remain stored beyond that period. Analytics data is not transferred to the provider of the Matomo software.
Contact by Email or Telephone
If you contact me by email or telephone, I process the data you provide, in particular your email address or telephone number, your name where provided, and the content of your message or request, in order to handle your inquiry.
The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to pre-contractual measures or an existing contractual relationship. In all other cases, the processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the appropriate handling of incoming communication.
The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for handling your inquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
